Pharmacy First Initiative

For additional support in the community, ASDA pharmacy in North Hykeham have confirmed they can provide the following services and treatments:

Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infections - non-pregnant women 16-14 years old

Shingles - 18 years old and over

Sore throat - 5 years old and over

Otitis media (ear infection) - 1-17 years old

Sinusitis - 12 years and over

Impetigo - 1 year old and over

Infected insect bites - 1 year old and over

Zero Tolerance

We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy with regard to abuse or violence towards our staff. We reserve the right to remove abusive or violent patients from the Practice List.

Practice Area

The Practice extends to the entrance of Waddington to the North, The A15 to the East, Leadenham to the South and the Brant Road junction in Waddington to the West.  If you move or change your name, address or telephone number, please advise us as soon as possible.

DISPENSARY COLLECTION SESSIONS:

We will continue sending messages asking you to book into a slot to collect your medication.
The dispensary collection sessions will be between 9:00am and 13:00pm, and between 14:00pm and 18:00pm.
You can arrive any time during these sessions, but you MUST book in beforehand to let us know you will be attending. This allows us to get your medication to the correct site, and have it out ready for you when you arrive.

Please Note: For collections at Waddington you must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED.  ALL OTHER ONLINE SERVICES REMAIN AVAILABLE.


Disabled Access

Both Navenby and Waddington Surgeries have complete disabled facilities and are fully DDA compliant.

A wheelchair is available at both sites for use within the surgery, please ask at reception if you would like to use it.
