Waddington Surgery - Reopening

We're thrilled to announce that as of 4th of April 2022, we have resumed regular service from Waddington Surgery, including appointments with GPs and Nurses, as well as medication collection from Waddington dispensary. We'd like to thank all of our patients for the patience and understanding you've shown us during Waddington Surgery's closure. 
Resuming operation from both of our surgeries means we're no longer be able to run full-day services from Navenby Surgery, and our updated opening hours from both sites are viewable on our home page. At present all incoming calls are still being transferred to Navenby Surgery, but these calls will still be answered during Waddington Surgery's opening hours.

Zero Tolerance

We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy with regard to abuse or violence towards our staff. We reserve the right to remove abusive or violent patients from the Practice List.

Complaints

We aim to offer the best service at all times. If, however, you feel it is necessary to complain regarding the treatment you have received, please ask at reception for a copy of the complaints procedure. We operate a complaints procedure within the practice and if you have any reason to make a complaint or suggestion, please contact Mrs Cook either by letter or phone. She will initiate any further action in the first instance.

Please note that all complaints should be made following the correct procedure.
