Out of Hours Medical cover is provided 24 hours a day. If you need a doctor urgently outside Surgery hours, please phone 111 or the surgery telephone number and select option 1 to be redirected to the Out of Hours service.
Home Visits Please only ask the doctor to call if the patient is too ill to attend either surgery. If you are in doubt, you may discuss the matter with one of the doctors on the telephone. Please try to phone before 11am
Cancelling your Appointment If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.
We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy with regard to abuse or violence towards our staff. We reserve the right to remove abusive or violent patients from the Practice List.

The Practice Closes for staff training on the third Tuesday in the month for 10 months of the year
Access to a Doctor is available by phoning our usual telephone number (01522 811411) where the system can transfer your call to the on-call Doctor.
In the event that you should need the advice of a Doctor when the surgery is closed, please phone NHS 111. However in the event of an emergency (Chest pain, Stroke, etc) please call 999 for an ambulance.
